  • Abstract
    This paper describes how Jack Perkowski, an investment banker by trade, was able to successfully set up an automotive component manufacturing factory in Beijing, China, in 1994. Perkowski established Asimco Technologies, which is now among the top five or six companies in China, with a sales in excess of $400 million in 2005.
