Abstract :
A computer-based distribution SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system and a geographical display system of distribution network diagrams have been developed by Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) and Toshiba Corporation. In this paper, development objects, system configuration, system functions and feeder switching algorithm of the distribution SCADA system, and system configuration, software and database of the geographical display system are described.
