Abstract
The discrete Fourier transformation over the angle coordinate and the Hankel transformation over the radial coordinate are used to obtain analytical solution for a scalar magnetic potential of a disk-type brushless slotless permanent magnet motor. A computation algorithm and the formulae for the field calculation are presented. Two extreme cases of the motor are calculated, and a good agreement with the experimental data is obtained
