Information for contributors

Authors submitting to the Journal of Optical Communications and Networking (JOCN) can find submission instructions, including templates and manuscript preparation guidelines, at the JOCN website: http://jocn.osa.org, click Authors. Word and LaTeX files are acceptable. Manuscripts should be submitted to OSA through the JOCN author web page. Suitability of manuscripts for publication is judged by the JOCN associate editors with input from external reviewers on significance, originality, and form. To qualify for publication, papers must be previously unpublished and not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
