Abstract :
In this article, an analysis of radio interference levels due to high voltage transmission lines with corona is presented. A method to predict radio interference levels, which based on Gary´s method and modal decomposition theory, is described and presented, considering also the skin effect in conductors and in the ground plane. Several application examples for 3-phase lines are presented and the results are compared with measurements published elsewhere.
