Abstract
Dynamic Bayesian networks (DBNs) are knowledge representation schemes that can characterise probabilistic relationships over time-series data and perform probabilistic inference. A new approach to speaker identification using DBNs is presented. Superior results are achieved in experiments over a subset of YOHO corpus.
