Closure on "Distribution access pricing: application of the OFTEL rule to a yardstick competition scheme"

Jamasb, Pollitt, Rivier, and Giaconi for their valuable discussions (see ibid., vol.19, no.4, p.2113-5, Nov. 2004) as well as for their suggestions for improvement when the paper was being finalized. Their discussions allow us to clarify ideas, concepts, and restrictions of the developed model and its applications that are not clear enough or may be misunderstood. They deal with each discussion separately, although they have some common questions.
