Abstract :
The weighted round-robin (WRR) scheduler can be used to provide bandwidth guarantees in asynchronous-transfer-mode networks. Currently, only the formula for the latency of the WRR scheduler with consecutive spreading is available. A formula for the latency of WRR schedulers with arbitrary spreading is presented.
