Abstract
The spectrum of the light emitted at 10 200 Å by an NO laser is photographed with high resolution. The rotational analysis fully confirms the assignment made earlier to the transition
(1, 1) between two electronically excited levels of the NO molecule, both of which are configurationally mixed with valence levels.
