- Computerized Distribution Planning - Data Needs and Results with Incomplete Data

Computerized distribution planning can contribute significantly to the design of efficient, low cost power systems. In some cases, however, data or information required by computer programs may not be available, may be too expensive to collect, or may be of suspect quality. In such cases, the whole issule of computer application is called into question. The authors investigate the performance of several popular computerized distribution planning methods when applied to incomplete data bases or data bases with large amounts of error.
