Abstract
The leader-following consensus problem of multi-agent systems over finite fields Fp is considered in this paper. Dynamics of each agent is governed by a general linear equation over Fp, and a distributed control protocol is assigned to each follower. Necessary and sufficient conditions on system matrices and graph weights are provided for the followers to track the leader.
