  • Abstract
    The authors present a new motion estimation algorithm with Kalman filter that uses predicted motion and measured motion to obtain an optimal estimate of the motion vector. The preliminary results indicate that this algorithm achieves significant savings in computation time, when compared with the full search algorithm
