Abstract :
The hard magnetic properties of NdFe12-xMoxN 0.9 with low Mo concentration (x=1.25 and 1.5) have been studied. The coercivity varies with the ball milling time and reaches a maximum at about 800 minutes. Coercivity values μ0JHc of 0.64 T and 0.55 T have been achieved for nitrides with x=1.25 and 1.5, respectively. The oxygen content of ball milled nitrides is less than 1 wt%. Metal bonding of NdFe12-xMoxNo 0.9 with Zn has less effect on coercivity than for Sm2 Fe17Ny
