One of the major activities of the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS) Education Department is the annual Myron Zucker Design Competition. Winners of the 2008 competition were announced at the IAS 2008 Annual Meeting in Edmonton and are listed in the special "Awards" column on page 68.
