Abstract :
In this paper, an analytical method, which may be applied to solve the Laplace´s or Poission´s equation, is introduced. The analytical method has been used to solve some 2-D electrostatic field problems. The calculated results have been compared with that obtained by the separation of variables or by BEM, which is expressed by the direct integral equation, respectively. Compared results show that the analytical method introduced has a lot of merits
