Abstract :
A integral-type approach for the computation of the far field radiated by microwave devices is presented. By using the 3D finite element solutions of the near fields, fictitious electric and magnetic sources are first computed on an equivalent surface surrounding the microwave device. Using some common approximations, the far field may then be obtained by surface integration
