Closure on "Market constrained optimal planning for wind energy conversion systems over multiple installation sites"

In Fig. 1 of the above-named article [ibid., vol. 17, pp. 124??129, Mar. 2002], all four quarterly variations of wind speed are included for all eight sites. For site A, the variation for fourth quarter is identical to that of the first, and these appear superimposed on one another. This appears to convey a misleading impression that the fourth quarter variation may be missing. Any inconvenience due to this is regretted.
