Abstract :
P-version adaptive computation method based on hierarchical elements is described in this paper. Several a posteriori error indicators and estimators are discussed. An error estimator suitable to this method is deduced. Some details about the data structure are given. An electrostatic field and two eddy current problems are computed with this method. Results show the superiority of this method over non-adaptive end h-version adaptive methods
