Abstract :
A method allowing the effective computation of the steady state electromagnetic field in an induction machine is detailed. The interest of the method is that no time steps are needed. Moreover it provides a tool to analyse the space harmonics in the air-gap. A truncated version of the method is used to compute the field in an actual induction machine
