This issue of the TRANSACTIONS marks the third time in its ten-year history of publication that a new and green Editor has taken over the helm from wiser and more experienced hands. First Bill Huggins, then Bill Bennett, and finally Mac Van Valkenburg built up the TRANSACTIONS from its feeble infancy to its imposing mature stature of today. They were, of course aided and abetted by hardworking Associate Editors, Guest Editors, and countless tireless reviewers. The new Editor is Norman Balabanian.
