Transient Response of Coupling Capacitor Voltage Transformers IEEE Committee Report
Abstract :
The results are presented of the effort to standardize the limits of the transient errors in the output of a CCVT, or CVT, permitted during a subsidence of the input voltage. Various proposed methods of describing and measuring these deviations are discussed relative to their use with protective relays. The conclusion is that no standard can be written at this time.
