Abstract
An EPRI-Westinghouse funded program to develop turbine-generator on-line diagnostics through monitoring of a generator´s neutral radio frequency current has produced an on-line RF monitor. It is designed to detect internal generator arcing and alert the operator if the arcing level becomes destructively high.
