Abstract :
The moment method is used to analyse the coupling properties of the orthogonal mode coupler. The theoretical calculation of VSWR is in agreement with the experimental results, which shows the reliability of the presented method. The convergence behaviour of the VSWR, the electric field distribution in the coupling waveguide and the scattering parameters are also computed
