Design of a water quality controller by pole assignment
Abstract :
The well-known method of pole assignment is used to design a controller for maintaining the level of concentration of dissolved oxygen in a polluted river stream. Artificial in-stream aeration is used as the control. Computer simulation of the control scheme is included.
