Abstract :
A novel approach to D/A switch design has resulted in improved frequency domain performance for direct digital synthesis for clock rates up to 40 MSPS. Use of the new switch in a BiCMOS 16-b DAC has achieved a spurious free dynamic range of greater than 80 dB
