Abstract :
This paper is a status report to the IEEE Power Engineering Society on a Design Guide for Electric Power Service Systems for Generating Stations. It identifies why a design guide is needed and how it will serve the power industry. Included is a discussion of its scope. The status and content of each Chapter is also included.
