Abstract :
This letter analyzes decoupling capacitor(DeCap)s´ mitigating effects on resonance from the differential signaling for the rectangular power-bus structure. Also, it is suggested the single-sum expression is used to directly consider lumped-element loading in the structure without loss of accuracy and it leads to fast calculation. The validity of the proposed single-sum expression is proven by the use of the double-sum and the finite difference time domain method. And the DeCap is shown to improve the differential-signaling performance
