Abstract :
In this paper, a novel video streaming scheme is proposed, that exploits both multi-antenna-based unequal error protection (UEP) and hierarchical QAM (HQAM)-based UEP techniques. The superior performance of the proposed technique is demonstrated when H.264/AVC videos are streamed over WirelessMAN-Advanced systems.
