Abstract :
The Winter 2007 issue on "The Impact of Dennard\´s Scaling Theory" contains a Research Highlights article by Bram Nauta on current approaches to "Analog IC Design at the University of Twente" and seven short feature articles on Dennard\´s influence on MOSFET scaling over the past 40 years.
