Abstract :
Yannis P. Tsividis of Columbia University received the IEEE Gustav Robert Kirchhoff Award and Hugo De Man, Professor Emeritus, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, received the IEEE Donald O. Pederson Award in Solid-State Circuits during the Plenary Session of ISSCC 2007 in San Francisco on 12 February 2007.
