Abstract :
Drs. Michiel. A. P. Pertijs, Kofi A. A. Makinwa, and Johan H. Huijsing were honored at the Plenary Session of the ISSCC in San Francisco on 12 February for the selection of their paper on a CMOS smart temperature sensor as the best in the JSSC for the year 2005.
