  • Abstract
    This paper proposes an algorithmic approach and program for solving search problems statistically significant over the biological characteristics of genes in a given set. The problem is connected with the implementation of well known in biology permutation (randomization) test. By taking into account the potential parallelism permutation test developed in parallel with the implementation of a program to graphically processors. Provides estimates of the effectiveness of the application of the developed program on empirical material.
