Abstract :
Complete solution is given to the problem of realizing, with the minimum possible number of elements, a biquadratic nonminimum phase RC voltage transfer function, having zeros anywhere in the s plane. All possible equivalent realizations are discussed, and it is shown that there exists a great flexibility in choosing the network elements.
