Abstract :
Necessary and sufficient conditions are derived for two nonlinear reciprocal locally controllable networks to be equivalent. The controllability definition is borrowed from a classical work of Caratheodory, whereas the representation of reciprocal networks is due to Brayton and Mbar{o}ser.
