Abstract :
The first paragraph on page 12 should read, "1 um transistor," not "1 mm transistor." The second paragraph on page 12 should read: "<10-10 amps/um," not "<10-10 amps/mm." On page 62, the name of the student design contest should be "DAC/ISSCC," as a joint effort of the Design Automation Conference and the ISSCC.
