IEEE Compound Semiconductor IC Symposium Meets in Portland, CSICS 2007 on 14–17 October

2007 CSICS (formerly the GaAs IC Symposium) will offer 15 invited talks and a three-day technical program in Portland comprised of 60 state-of-the-art papers, four panel sessions, two Short Courses on "Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits for Millimeter Wave Imaging" and "Compound Semiconductor Power Amplifiers" and an Industry Exhibit. The Symposium\´s introductory level Primer Course will be on the "Basics of Compound Semiconductor ICs". CSICS is the preeminent international forum for advances in devices and circuits in GaAs, SiGe, InP, GaN, and InSb and RF/mm-Wave CMOS and high-speed digital CMOS.
