Abstract :
Launched in 1996, today´s IEEE GOLD program comprises 110 groups offering networking and other career benefits to new graduates. The commitment of mature IEEE professionals and chapters to networking with and mentoring this cohort is crucial to the efficacity of the GOLD program.
