Dr. R. Jacob Baker was presented with the Hewlett-Packard Frederick Emmons Terman Award on 14 October, 2007 at the meeting of the Frontiers in Education Conference in Milwaukee as "an outstanding young electrical engineering educator in recognition of his contribution to the profession."
