Abstract
Optimal control theory is used to obtain a dynamic estimator for controlling a power system model. The off-line study of reference 1, where an estimator estimates the states of the system from very few measurements and produces optimal supplementary signals for the automatic voltage regulator and the speed governor has been applied on a micromachine model.
