Abstract :
Everyone has high speed Internet access, everyone uses email to keep in touch with friends and family, and we all shop and search online. But most of the computing iceberg lies hidden below the surface. My view of what an educated person should know about computing focuses on three core pieces: hardware, software, and communications.
