Abstract
The low-frequency spectrum of the conductance fluctuations is calculated for a resistor dominated by acoustic phonon scattering mobility. The authors start from the semi-empirical derivation of the amplitude spectrum of an elementary lattice harmonic oscillator. A closed-form expression for the Hooge alpha is derived
