Abstract
There has been an analysis of the influence of the choice of the color space, a measure of comparison of histograms and their size on the performance of the detection algorithm moments scene change. It is shown that the choice of HSV space and histogram intersection method can reduce the error rate in detection of moments, when scene changes and the effective size of the histogram. The experimental results of the algorithm are shown.
