Focuses on Low Power Digital Design in DL Talks at Two Universities IEEE Distinguished Lecturer Prof. Vojin Oklobdzija delivered two talks on low power digital design on 29 May, 2008 at Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and at Bogazici University (BU), also in Istanbul. He focused on the problem of increasing power consumption by high-complexity digital integrated circuits, prospects for the future, how power efficiency can be defined, the effect of parameters such as power supply and device size on power efficiency, and design suggestions to reduce power consumption.
