Abstract
The changes in the composition and morphology of the target surface of hydroxyapatite in the RF magnetron sputtering using electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and EDX-analysis. It was shown that during prolonged heat-treatment of ion composition and surface structure are stabilized.
