Abstract :
This bibliography is the latest in a unbroken series of bibliographies of relaying papers covering the years 1927 through 1987. areas, making categorization difficult. Papers published over the past two years reflect the many ways computers are used in relaying, including microprocessor based relays, computer protections systems, as an aid to the relay engineer in his work, for relay testing, and for collection and analysis of data. Papers which involve computers account for 65 percent of the papers listed. While the authors have tried to include everything, it is inevitable that some papers have been left out. We would appreciate it if you would provide such omissions in a discussion to this paper, or after presentation of the paper, directly to one of the authors so that the omitted entry can be included in the next bibliography.
