Abstract :
A new technique is presented for the derivation of the necessary and sufficient conditions for the following four issues regarding the pole assignment problem of generalised state space systems via state feedback: arbitrary assignment of finite poles; elimination of the impulsive behaviour; simultaneous arbitrary assignment of the finite poles and elimination of the impulse behaviour; simultaneous stabilisation and elimination of the impulsive behaviour.
Keywords :
feedback; poles and zeros; stability; state-space methods; arbitrary assignment; generalised state space systems; impulsive behaviour elimination; necessary and sufficient conditions; pole assignment; stabilisation; state feedback;
