  • Abstract
    This paper presents the methodology for measuring of the self-capacitance in the frequency range from 0.05 to 300 MHz. There are measurement results with using these methods for standards-copies of electrical quality factor unit of the State primary standard of electrical quality factor GET 139-2013.
