Abstract
Article is devoted to the design of universal object model for telecommunication networks. Decomposition of telecommunication domain has been described with emphasis on classes designing and development process for general structure of the model. Presented object model was implemented in the form of software and the influence of repeated calls on the performance of telecommunication network with dynamic routing has been analyzed.
