Abstract :
This paper describes efficient methods for converting redundant meter readings and other available information into the static state of the dc portion of an integrated multiterminal HVdc/ac system. Data processing algorithms which use line flow measurements, bus injection measurements and combinations of measurement types are presented. Some initial simulation results for a specific system are given, and interfacing between dc and ac state estimators is discussed.
