Abstract
The study evaluates the efficiency of the current pictograms-used in the audiovisual domain. The experiment investigates if users comprehend these symbols and analyses in which way users expect to use these pictograms. From the results, we provide some recommendations for designers. The paper also describes the tool designed to quickly perform the user trials at any remote location
